Dance class to begin Oct. 10

NATCHITOCHES – A beginning line dancing class will be offered by Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education starting Tuesday, Oct. 10. NATCHITOCHES – Madison Simms of Natchitoches was chosen as winner of the 66th Annual Miss Northwestern – Lady of the Bracelet Scholarship Program held at Northwestern State University on Thursday in the A.A. Fredericks Auditorium.  Makynli Delcambre of New Iberia was first runner up and Lily Goudeau of Marion was second runner up. Simms won the talent award and the Liz Carroll People’s Choice Awar
