NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State University’s spring seafood fund raiser, Flavor of Louisiana, is this Friday, March 15.  Tickets will be available at the door. Guests at Flavor of Louisiana can expect to taste samplings of seafood dishes prepared by chefs, caterers and restaurateurs in a food festival atmosphere.  Options for non-seafood eaters will be available as well as craft beers, specialty
