Beard finishes 16th in semifinals at U.S. Olympic trials

EUGENE, Oregon—It was a tremendous showing for Northwestern State senior Zachaeus Beard, but his time fell just short of qualifying for finals at the U.S. Olympic Trials on Sunday evening at Hayward Field.
